The Chess Club is designed to be a social organization where students can learn the game of chess. Whether you are a beginner or a master, the Chess Club welcomes you into it the organization. The club meets weekly, in person, in the library.

Members have shown improvements in their chess rating after attending this club. Other members have learned new strategies, as well as a variety of openings, to help them enhance their skills in chess.

The club meets for one hour per week for the duration of the school year.

You may sign up for the club by attending the meetings in the library. We consider anyone who attends more than half the meetings (starting in September) a member of the club.
