Mr. Snyder graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.A. in history and earned his Master’s in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has two daughters, and he enjoys spending time with his family and watching the Hokies in his free time. Mr. Snyder has been with Chesterfield County Public Schools for 18 years, and this is his fourth year at Cosby.
Ms. Fial graduated from VCU with a B.S in Psychology and Master’s of Teaching in Middle Education (4-8) as well as a Post-Master’s Certification in Administration & Supervision. Prior to joining Cosby in 2009 as an Assistant Principal, Ms. Fial taught middle school science, social studies and math and spent three years on the Manchester Middle School administrative team.
Ms. Dunbrack was raised in Northern Virginia and earned her B.A. in English and initial teaching licensure at The College of William & Mary (Go Tribe!). Ms. Dunbrack began her teaching career in Prince William County Schools where she taught English at first Battlefield High School and then Patriot High School as a member of its inaugural staff. In addition to teaching, Ms. Dunbrack coached both field hockey and soccer for many years. She relocated to Chesterfield County in 2014 and taught English at Manchester High School. Ms. Dunbrack earned her M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University and has been serving as an administrator at Cosby High School since 2019. Ms. Dunbrack resides in the Cosby District with her husband, two children, two dogs, and lots of chickens. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the amazing food destinations around Richmond, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.
Mr. Alston was raised in Hampton & Newport News, Va. He attended Menchville High School and later graduated from Bethel High School. He attended Randolph-Macon College graduating with a degree in Sociology. Mr. Alston began his career in education as a Special Education teacher at Highland Springs High School. He taught Special Education there in the Science department for 14 years. Upon moving on from teaching, Mr. Alston served as an Administrative Intern at Highland Springs High School for 5 years. In addition to his role as an administrator, Mr. Alston also takes pride in building relationships as a mentor. In 2016 Mr. Alston was recognized by The Virginia Mentor Partnership as Mentor of the year. Mr. Alston takes pride in developing meaningful relationships with students, staff, faculty and families. Mr. Alston obtained his Master’s degree in Administration and Supervision from Regent University. Mr. Alston loves to travel and spend time with friends and family. He resides in Henrico County with his wife and two children.

Mr. Szybisty graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a B.A. in mathematics and earned his M.Ed from Virginia Commonwealth University in Educational Leadership. Prior to becoming an administrator, Mr. Szybisty taught math. This is his 11th year in education and fourth at Cosby.
Ms. Eisert-Wlodarczyk is originally from Pennsylvania, where she earned her B.S in Secondary Education and Biology. She moved to Virginia in 2011 to begin her career in education with Chesterfield County Public Schools. She taught Biology at Meadowbrook High School for 9 years followed by a year teaching Life Science at the middle school level at Carver Middle School. She earned her M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Old Dominion University and began teaching Biology at Cosby in 2021 before being promoted to Dean of Students. In her free time, Ms. Eisert-Wlodarczyk is kept busy by her 4 boys and loves traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Mrs. Williams has been a school counselor for close to 30 years, starting her career in Fairfax County before relocating her family to the Richmond area. She received her undergraduate degree in Family Studies from the University of Delaware and a Master’s degree in Education and School Counseling from West Chester University in Pennsylvania. Mrs. Williams was selected as Cosby Teacher of the Year in 2011-2012.

Director of Student Activities
Mr. Swartz earned his B.S. in Social Sciences (Secondary Education) from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania. Prior to becoming the Director of Student Activities, Mr. Swartz taught Social Studies and coached football and baseball. This is his 23rd year in education and his 14th at Cosby.

Mrs. Glover graduated from Lynchburg College with a B.A. in Psychology-Special Education and earned her Masters in Special Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. Before transitioning to Chesterfield County (Cosby High) in 2008, Mrs. Glover taught 3 years in Powhatan County and 9 years in Richmond City. She was selected as Cosby Teacher of the Year in 2020-2021. Mrs. Glover enjoys trips to the beach, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends. She resides in the county with her husband and teenage daughter and son.
