As this school year is ending, we begin to think about transitioning to next year. The transitions to Kindergarten, 3rd grade, 6th grade or 9th grade are all “big transitions.” . In this webinar, we will discuss ways to support children through these transitional years, and provide strategies to make them as smooth as possible.
