Mrs. Christin Ellis is a proud graduate of Manchester High School and a Lancer for Life. She earned her B.A. in English with a minor in education from Duke University. She has a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. After teaching for 2 years in North Carolina, she returned to Manchester to teach English in 1994. She became the Dean of Students in 2008, and Assistant Principal in 2011. She was named Principal in 2016. This will be her 28th year working at Manchester. She has devoted her entire career to the Manchester community because she believes in the power of education to unlock opportunities and transform lives. Mrs. Ellis is grateful for the loving support of her wonderful husband, Rob.

Jesse Ault earned his Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from Juniata College and his Master of Education in Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University. He taught English at the middle and high school levels in Westmoreland County, Alexandria City, and King George County and was an assistant principal at Essex Intermediate School before moving to the Richmond area and joining the Lancer Family as the Associate Principal at Manchester High School. This will be Mr. Ault’s twentieth year in education, and sixth year as a school administrator. He is excited to work with the students, families, and staff who are part of our Lancer Family, and looking forward to supporting the growth of all of our Lancers.
When he is not at work, Mr. Ault enjoys spending time with his fiancee, Heather, and their children Sophie, Allie, Breann, and David.

Pamela Lundy has been an educator for thirty-three years, serving first as a Business Education Teacher in Petersburg Public Schools, Hopewell Public Schools and Chesterfield County Public Schools. She later served as Dean of Students at Manchester High School and was promoted to assistant principal at that location. She earned her undergraduate degree from Hampton (Institute) University and her graduate degree from Virginia State University. Pamela grew up in a household where her father, mother and brother all received degrees in the field of education.

David Garrison earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Virginia Tech (2008) and earned a Master of Teaching in Social Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University (2011) and a Master of Education in Administration from the University of Virginia (2019). Mr. Garrison taught US History and was the Social Studies Department Chair at Midlothian High School prior to becoming an administrator at Manchester. Mr. Garrison grew up in the Manchester community and graduated from Manchester High School (Class of 2004). When he is not at school, Mr. Garrison enjoys spending time with his wife Lindsay, and their two children Eloise and Gus.

Wyatt Hicks earned his Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Sports Administration from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill (2008) where he was a scholarship football player. He earned his Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University (2018). Mr. Hicks is beginning his 13th year in education and has previously worked as a Law Enforcement Officer. This will be Mr. Hicks’ 1st full year as an Assistant Principal at Manchester HS after previously serving as the Dean of Students at Monacan High School. He served the communities of Hanover County and King William county as a Special Education Teacher before becoming an administrator.
Mr. Hicks is a sports enthusiast and avid UNC Tarheel fan. When away from the school setting he enjoys spending time with his wife Rebecca and 11 year old daughter Bailey.
Krystle Churchill has been in education for 12 years, serving as an ESL teacher and lead throughout her career. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA in Performance Theater and received her Master’s degree from the University of Richmond in Educational Leadership. She is currently pursuing her doctorate at Virginia Tech in Educational Leadership. Mrs. Churchill is a huge Harry Potter head and adores Disney and Marvel. Mrs. Churchill has a passion for languages and is a professional actress. Mrs. Churchill makes candles, soap and beauty products in her spare time. She has two sons, Noah age 13 and Nathan age 9.

Mr. Woodle earned his B.A. in Social Studies from Elon University. He has been in education for 33 years, three as DSA and thirty years as a teacher. This will be his 28th year at Manchester. He is excited about being a part of another year in the Manchester Community. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife (Laura), two sons (Gregory & Ryan) and his grandson (River).
