Ultimate Frisbee & Disc Golf

Overview

Learn a variety of frisbee throwing skills to play ultimate frisbee and disc golf. We will learn both sports, and will base our practice on which sport students prefer.

Highlights

Throw frisbees the length of a football field! Play scrimmages of ultimate frisbee against your friends! Meet new people and learn sportsmanship while exercising!

Time Commitment

We will meet Tuesdays and Fridays after school for one hour, for a total of 10 practices.
