Winter Wellness Wonderland

Two students working on a puzzle in the school library

During Swift Creek Elementary’s Winter Wellness Wonderland, Gator families focused on wellness and mindfulness. Along with yoga and breathing activities, families enjoyed mandala art, puzzles and books. A highlight of the engaging event was pedaling an exercise bike that makes smoothies. Chesterfield Prevention Services, the Innerwork Center and CReSt offered resources for families, including ideas for setting up a calming corner at home.
