Bensley Elementary ESL teacher Jennifer Brown just returned from the FIRST robotics world championship where she volunteered as a judge. This is the third world championship she has been part of. Jennifer started volunteering as a FIRST Lego League judge 13 years ago and participates annually at the Virginia championship and regional qualifiers. She also volunteers in off-season robotics events to promote interest in STEM.
