Beta Club

An national honors community service club that promotes character, leadership, and community service.

Involved in several volunteer activities including food donations & collections, Christmas Angel, and Strike Cancer Below the Belt.

We meet in the MHS auditorium on the last Monday of each month during Lancer Time time. Meetings are required. 8 hours of community service/volunteer activities are required each semester. Students are also encouraged to volunteer for special projects and activities at school.

We invite all 10th graders with an overall GPA of 3.0 to apply. Applications are available on the school website by the middle of September each year. Along with the online application, students must also submit 4 teacher recommendations and an essay on character. Upperclassmen may apply as well. Once accepted, members must attend our monthly meeting during Lancer Time, turn in 8 volunteer hours each semester and maintain a 3.0 GPA. Beta Club Application
