French Club

Overview

French Club celebrates all things French! We’ll delve into the cultures, art, food, holidays and customs of the Francophone world! You do NOT have to be a French student to join the French Club!

Highlights

The French Club celebrates Mardi Gras, Noel, the Feast of Saint Nicolas, All Saints Day and Labor Day! We enjoy competing in the door decorating contest during homecoming and our floats in the parade have won awards! We sponsor at least one “Manchester Angel” at Christmas which includes a shopping trip in November! A dinner at a French restaurant culminates the year’s festivities!

Time Commitment

Meetings are monthly, we’ll choose a day that works for us! Meetings last an hour or longer if needed. Extra time is needed for the homecoming activities. The restaurant and shopping trips happen at night or on weekends. Participation is voluntary.

How to Sign Up

Our club will begin the second week of school with an informational meeting. If you miss the meeting, email the club sponsor.
