Preregister for Grades K-12 and complete the online registration form.
On the CCPS Register for School site, download and complete the Proof of Residency, Health Form, and Lives With Form (only if applicable) in advance.Translation options are available.
IMPORTANT- All documents listed under Required Documents for Registration must accompany you to your appointment. **Please note - your child must have a physical form signed and dated by your physician on or after 8/18/2024.Once the online registration has been completed, the registrant may then sign up for an appointment for Winterpock Kindergarten Registration Day! The kindergarten student is required to attend the appointment with their parent.
