For early dismissals, absence, or tardy notes, the Attendance Note online submittal form should be completed. Please find the form on the Clover Hill website under School Information — Attendance Procedures. This information is also in the Hill Headlines sent out to parents weekly. This will facilitate a timely dismissal from your student’s class, reduce your wait time, and eliminate your need to leave your vehicle.

If students bring a note for dismissal, absence, or tardy, it should be dropped off at the attendance office upon arrival to school.

Due to end-of-day procedures, all early dismissals must occur by 2:30 pm.

Students who become sick at school must request to see the nurse. Students should not text home to be picked up before seeing the nurse. The nurse will have the student contact the parent if pick-up is needed. The school must document any student leaving school ill.
