I am honored to serve as the principal at Enon Elementary! I grew up outside of Atlanta, Georgia and moved to Virginia in 2011. Both of my parents were also teachers with my dad also serving as an elementary principal. I have spent time as a teacher, media specialist, Asst. Principal, Principal and Central Office Supervisor both in Georgia and Virginia. I have a BS in Early Childhood Education from Berry College, a Masters in Education from Georgia State University, an Ed. S. from Lincoln Memorial University and an Ed.D. from the College of William and Mary in School Administration.

My husband and I live in South Chesterfield. We have two adult children who live in the Richmond area. We enjoy spending time at the beach, hiking at Pocahontas State Park and spending family time together trying new recipes and restaurants. I began my work at Enon in 2019 and am grateful to continue to lead such a wonderful community school. I look forward to a great year together. I am so happy to be an Enon Gator!  This is my sixteenth year here at Enon and I continue to LOVE being here each and every day.  I have a B.S.in Elementary Education from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC, and a Master’s degree in Administration and Supervision from Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland. During my career in education, I have worked in NC, Germany, Maryland and Virginia.

During my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling and spending time with my family and friends.
