In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Mexican Independence Day and the independence days of several Latin American countries, Erika Pliego Rodriguez hosted a Latin American food showcase at Manchester High with her Hispanic heritage students and Spanish Immersion Specialty Center students.
