November is College and Career Readiness Month, which makes this a good time to learn how students can earn college credits while still in high school.

Chesterfield County Public Schools students and parents are invited to get information about dual enrollment and Advanced Placement courses during a virtual conversation at 3 p.m. Nov. 4. (That is a student holiday.) CCPS guests and representatives of Brightpoint Community College will discuss opportunities for getting a head start on college credits. Use this link to join the online event, which is hosted by Matoaca High.
