The works were assessed by a panel of judges at the VSBA’s Regional Spring Network Forum in Dinwiddie County. The VSBA Regional Art Contest began in 1989 to promote the artistic talents of Virginia’s public school students. Contests are held in nine regions with artwork submitted from the elementary, middle and high school levels.
